Demand for the Arizona Department of Housing’s (ADOH) $1.2 million in 2022 hardship credits exceeded supply. ADOH has made $1.2 million in 2023 hardship credits available to 2022 deals, of which $256,988 has already been claimed leaving $943,011 still available.
