The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA)published its 2021 housing tax credit scorecard. In 2021, the LIHTC program received a total of 44 applications with over $53 million in requests for competitive tax credits. Twenty-seven developments were awarded creating or rehabilitating 2,126 units of affordable housing.
