The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is adding $859.741.95 to the HOME Program in its 2021 Action Plan. Between April 1, 2021 and February 28, 2022, DHCD received $859,741.95 in HOME loan payments from approximately eleven HOME-funded portfolio development projects. As with the prior receipt of HOME Program Income, DHCD intends to make this additional HOME Program Income available for commitment to new HOME rental development activities
