Montana Housing will hold a virtual Housing Coordinating Team (HCT) on 10 a.m. MT on April 14 to discuss all things affordable homes in Montana.
During HCT meetings, Montana Housing shares resources for funding of affordable housing developments, provide updates on new legislation or topics that will better assist us in our housing efforts, and showcases Montana experts to help find new, creative ways to produce and sustain additional housing units.
Dave Dixon, Urban Planner at Cushing Terrell will present at the April meeting. Dave and his team will present the recently facilitated regional housing study of Big Horn, Carbon, Crow Reservation, Stillwater, Sweet Grass and Yellowstone Counties for Beartooth Resource, Conservation and Development.
