The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority anticipates making available $10 million in state tax credits to nonprofit applicants that will create housing opportunities in the following classifications:

  • Workforce Housing ($1 million);
  • Supportive Housing ($2 million); and
  • Other Housing Opportunities ($7 million).

A maximum of $500,000 may be awarded to each successful applicant. Applications are due by 4 p.m. ET June 1 and requests to access the SharePoint site are due by May 25 to applicationrequest@chfa.org, per these instructions.
