As part of the 2022 Competitive LIHTC Allocation process, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ Multifamily Finance Division posted an updated 2022 Community Support from State Representatives list, the 2022 Local Government Support list and the 2022 Quantifiable Community Participation list. The updated 2022 Community Support from State Representatives list is now inclusive of letters from state representatives that were submitted to the Department with nine percent full applications.
