Virginia Housing completed its HDS NextGen upgrade, which includes the following improvements:
- Tenant Certification updates:
- Move-in Tenant Certifications can be created with a future date and
- Initial Certifications (IC) can be created for occupied units at acquisition/rehab sites and sites receiving a second allocation of credits.
- Move-in income is displayed on the Occupancy and Demographics Report for all households.
