The Draft Second Amendment to the 2022-2023 QAP is now available on the Qualified Allocation Plan page of the MSHDA website

Please submit written comments via email to Chad Benson, Elizabeth Rademacher and Carol Thompson no later than 5 pm Eastern on Friday, May 6, 2022.  

As a reminder, MSHDA will hold three Virtual Public Hearings designed to take comments on the Draft Second Amendment to the 2022-2023 QAP. The hearings will be held as follows: 

  • May 5, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m.;  
  • May 6, 2022, from 10 am to 12 p.m.; and 
  • May 6, 2022, from 2 to 4 p.m. 

To help facilitate comments, individuals wishing to comment are asked to preregister for the speakers lists. Please email ThompsonC7@michigan.gov as soon as possible to pre-register for the speakers list for the hearing you plan to attend. Pre-registrations should be received by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. We will also ask at various points during the public hearings if there are other individuals not on the speakers lists that wish to comment and they will be allowed to do so at that time.
