Minnesota Housing extended the RFP deadline for its HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan to 5 p.m. ET on May 24. Minnesota Housing also posted an Addendum to the RFP – Extended Deadline and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) specific to the HOME-ARP RFP.
