Kentucky Housing posted the addendum to the Multifamily Guidelines for projects applying in the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Pool with HOME-ARP. This addendum outlines additional requirements that projects applying in the PSH Pool must meet. Unless otherwise stated, all the provisions of the Multifamily Guidelines still apply. 

There is a separate underwriting model that PSH projects must utilize, which captures both the development and operating budgets of the residential units, as well as the sources of funds and expenses associated with the provision of supportive services to qualifying populations.
