The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) updated its 2022 Application and Attachments for round two. Only Exhibits Version 1.1 and applications dated May 17, 2022 will be accepted.
TCAC also released proposed regulation changes with initial statement of reasons. Comments are due by June 20 to anthony.zeto@treasurer.ca.gov and cdlac@treasurer.ca.gov. The public hearing regarding the CTCAC and California Debt Limit Allocation Committee proposed regulation changes, previously scheduled for June 3, has been rescheduled to June 6.
