Oregon Housing and Community Services is holding a virtual hearing on amending the application process for its Low-Income Household Water Assistance (LIHWA) Program from 3 to 3:30 p.m. PT on August 22. Join here. The proposed rule, which adopts the program operations manual, is amending the process of application for the LIHWA Program, allowing eligible households to authorize application via phone for public health reasons. Comments on the proposed rule should be sent to joy.aldrich@hcs.oregon.gov.
