August 16 is the last day to pre-register via this form for the West Virginia Housing Development Fund’s 2022 four percent Tax-Exempt Bond-Financed Property LIHTC Round. Full applications are due by September 30 and a property must be pre-registered by August 16 to apply in the September four percent round.
