Preliminary 2022-2023 LIHTC applications can be submitted to the Connecticut Housing Finance Agency (CHFA) starting September 19 through November 4. Pre-application conferences will be scheduled within ten days of receipt of a completed preliminary application by CHFA. Applications for CHFA Taxable Bond financing in conjunction with nine percent LIHTC application round are due by November 18. The full nine percent of applications are due by 4 p.m. ET on January 11.
