The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development announced the results of the Spring 2022 Competitive Funding Round. Twelve projects received reservations totaling $16,954,721 of nine percent LIHTCs and $15,000,000 of Rental Housing Financing Program Funds (RHFP).
