Oregon Housing & Community Services (OHCS) updated its 2022-2023 Biennial Funding Calendar to reflect the multitude of updates and changes that have occurred this year, including:

  • Revised timeline for the release of the next nine percent LIHTC Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) as planned through extensive outreach and updates around the four percent LIHTC program;
  • Amount and breakdown of the allocation pools of Local and Innovation Fast Track (LIFT) resources for those leveraging four percent LIHTC, those not leveraging four percent LIHTC, and those for projects in the Metro jurisdiction;
  • Preservation resources including the currently open Preservation NOFA, the still open Publicly Supported Housing Preservation (PuSH) offering, Manufactured Park and general Preservation Pool resources updated to reflect the additional funding received in 2022;
  • Portfolio Stabilization Preservation Fund added after approval from the Housing Stability Council to launch the offering;
  • 2023 Veterans NOFA available resources;
  • Resources available in the 2023 Small Projects NOFA; and
  • HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) NOFA added.
