Kentucky Housing Corporation increased the Issuer’s Counsel fee listed in the 2023-2024 Multifamily Guidelines to $0.75/$1,000 of bonds, with a minimum fee of $15,000 and a maximum fee of $25,000.
This change will be incorporated in the next update to the Multifamily Guidelines; however, partners will need to plan accordingly for the new fee for any current or future application submissions.
