The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency is accepting comments on its HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. The state of North Dakota received a HOME-ARP allocation of $7.7 million before these funds can be allocated, HUD must approve an allocation plan that describes how NDHFA will distribute the funds in accordance with the priority needs identified, the method for soliciting applications and selecting developers and service providers. The allocation plan will be available online beginning on Dec. 16, 2022. Written comments regarding the plan, submitted to hfainfo@nd.gov, must be received by 5 p.m. CT, on January 3.
