Montana Governor Greg Gianforte (R) approved the 2024 QAP. Working groups for the 2025 QAP will begin in the Spring. If you would like to be in the working group please email Nicole.mckeith@mt.gov. Montana Housing also updated its 2023 compliance manual, as well as all the housing credit documents & application spreadsheets to reflect changes in the 2024 QAP. Aside from a few minor process updates related to the update of Certification On-Line and the inclusion of language from the IRS’ final ruling on the Average Income Test Set-Aside, the Compliance Manual remains largely unchanged.
