Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) opened its 2023 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) NOFA to fund development capital, project-based rental assistance and services funding for PSH Projects. In order to be eligible for resources through this NOFA, project teams and/or developers must have completed technical assistance and training through an Oregon Supportive Housing Institute.
