The West Virginia Housing Development Fund is updating its 2023 and 2024 Allocation Plan and 2023 and 2024 Tax Credit Manual and plans to present the documents at the February Board Meeting for initial review and approval. Once approved, a public hearing will be held on the 2023 and 2024 Allocation Plan. It is anticipated that all property applications (both nine and four percent) will be due in the same application round. It is currently anticipated that the round will be June 1 to 30, 2023.
