Oregon Opens Co-Location of Early Childhood Services and Affordable Housing RFP

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) announced an open Request For Proposals (RFP) for the Co-Location Fund & Program Manager RFP 7397. OHCS will hold a virtual Pre-Proposal on February 9 at 1 p.m. PST, register here.

The Co-Location RFP is available to Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI’s) to implement and manage a statewide Co-Location of Affordable Rental Housing and Early Care and Education Facilities Program while managing and leveraging a statewide Co-Location incentive fund. Co-Location is defined as developing, placing or enhancing childcare or early learning facilities within affordable housing developments.
