The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is currently drafting the 2023-2024 Annual Action Plan (AAP) update to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan). The survey is designed to gather information from stakeholders and community members to know how priorities and capacity have changed in the past year and are anticipated to change in upcoming year. Survey responses should be submitted by February 28.
