Oregon Housing & Community Services (OHCS) is hosting their first Unhoused Network meeting of the year on March 23 from 10 to 11 a.m. PT. OHCS is also seeking feedback on the Homeless Housing Response NOFA Framework, which will award HOME Investment Partnerships resources allocated through the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to provide housing to homeless or at risk of homelessness populations in rural Oregon communities. Up to $28 Million will be available for rental housing projects in rural communities serving populations that are homeless or at-risk of homelessness.
