Connecticut Housing Finance Agency (CHFA) anticipates making $10 million available in state tax credits to nonprofit applicants that will create housing opportunities in the state ($500,000 max award). The application deadline is June 1, but applicants must request a SharePoint site by May 25 by sending an email to applicationrequest@chfa.org. CHFA is hosting an overview session on April 17.
