The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) will host a preview and public discussion for the 2024 nine and four percent QAP on April 26 from 10 a.m. to noon ET. The QAP preview will be sent out a week prior to this discussion and will include preliminary language for Average Income Test and Innovation Set-Aside.
The discussion will also be open to any other sections of the QAP that the development community would like to discuss. Partners are welcome to attend in person at the IFA office or virtually. Please register here and indicate how you will be accessing the meeting.
