Minnesota Housing announces that it is accepting applications for the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) program. The HTF program provides temporary rental assistance and provides payment for housing-related expenses, such as application fees and security deposits, in partnership with supportive services for High Priority Homeless (HPH) families and individuals. Minnesota Housing anticipates awards up to $27.1 million in grant funds for Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) and Sponsor-Based Rental Assistance (SBRA) programs. Minnesota Housing will hold an information session at 10 a.m. ET on April 13 via GoToWebinar. Applications are due by noon CT on May 17.
