New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency announced proposed amendments (repeal and new rule) to the collective rulemaking of the LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The QAP is codified at N.J.A.C. 5:80-3 and the proposal notice for the rulemaking is published in the May 1, 2023, New Jersey Register.
