Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) announced that the pre-application for the LIHTC Innovation Set-Aside is now available. The Set Aside pre-application encourages innovation in current housing development, while investing in the future of innovation and skilled trades in Iowa. IFA is committing all application fees received through the Innovation Set-Aside to scholarships for high school students interested in pursuing a career in innovation and housing in partnership with the Home Builders Association of Iowa. The deadline for submission of the pre-application is July 17 at 4:30 pm CT. For more information, please click here.
