Minnesota Housing announces that the deadline to submit 2023 Multifamily Consolidated RFP/2024 HTC Round 1 applications is July 13 by noon CT. This deadline also includes submission of the application fee(s), qualification forms and financial information. The Minnesota Housing board anticipates holding its selection meeting in December 2023. Minnesota Housing also updated its fee schedule for multifamily loan programs and HTC, which is effective for all projects funded after March 16, 2023. For more information, please click here.
