The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) Multifamily Programs Division will host a Developer Forum for the 2024 QAP. The forum is scheduled for June 28 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. CT via Microsoft Teams (Meeting ID: 257 361 165 091, Passcode: c7xSfr). THDA will accept written comments for the proposed preliminary changes to the QAP up until July 5. Please send written comments to TNAllocation@thda.org.
