Integral Group announced the closing of Ashley Scholars Landing II, the new construction of a 212-unit mixed-income property in Atlanta, GA. The project will also include 240 parking spaces, two fitness rooms, a club room and an activity room. Families in 90 of the units will receive Project-Based Rental Assistance through the Atlanta Housing Authority’s HomeFlex program. The project is part of a larger Choice Neighborhood Initiative and the revitalization of University Homes, the nation’s first federally funded public housing for African Americans.
