Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs (DCA) plans to hold listening sessions for development and input for the 2024 QAP. DCA also hopes to simplify sections of the QAP, which include previous projects, community transformation, revitalization/redevelopment plans and exceptional nonprofit/PHA. DCA created documents related to the timeline and process, and overview of changes under consideration.
