The 102-unit affordable housing community is located at 3540 East Main Street in Whitehall, OH. The event drew attendance from officials of the City of Whitehall, representatives of the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, Franklin County Treasurer Cheryl Brooks Sullivan, representatives of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Alliant Capital, CF Bank and the Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus & Franklin County, plus many other supporters.
