The Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) Multifamily Programs Division posted the 2023 Competitive Low-Income Housing Credit Preliminary Ranking to their website. Please note that the initial period has ended in accordance with the 2023 Qualified Allocation Plans, which means that THDA will not review scoring or ranking of initial applications. In addition, applicable tiebreakers and limits are being taken into consideration. Underwriting is currently underway, and they will contact applicants regarding issues which have the potential to affect the amount of tax credit allocated.
