HUD is delaying the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) compliance date for Community Planning and Development (CPD) programs through Oct. 1, 2024. Programs covered by the delay notice include the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Housing Trust Fund (HTF), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), Emergency Solution Grants (ESG) and Continuum of Care (CoC) programs.

House Announces Tax Teams

FY 2025 Appropriations Update
In the Senate Appropriations Committee, the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies subcommittee held a hearing to review the President’s FY 2025 HUD budget request.
