The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) presented three programmatic guidelines to the OHFA Board on September 20, which are now posted on the Agency’s website. The guidelines were related to the second draft 2024-2025 nine percent QAP and State LIHTC Guidelines, and four percent QAP.OHFA is accepting comments until October 10, at 5 p.m. ET via QAP@ohiohome.org (nine percent), 4percentcomments@ohiohome.org (four percent) and statetaxcredits@ohiohome.org (state) respectively.
