The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) announced that all application materials for the 2024 LIHTC cycle are posted on the Agency’s website. PHFA plans to hold a pre-application meeting on October 4 at 9:00 a.m. ET via Microsoft Teams.
