The 2024 Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Awards recognize excellence in affordable housing, historic preservation and community development. The awards will name winners and honorable mentions in the following categories:
- Developments of Distinction;
- Historic Rehabilitation;
- Community Development QLICIs of the Year; and
- Robert E. Ibanez Award.
