Tammy Neale, a longtime executive at Virginia Housing, has been named CEO, effective April 1.
Since beginning her career with the organization in 1985 as a post-closing paralegal, Neale has played a key role in shaping Virginia Housing’s strategic direction and implementing its vision and priorities. She’s served as strategic planning leader, managing director of human resources, managing director, chief learning officer, chief of staff and, most recently, as chief of programs.
Neale brings a wealth of knowledge and experiences to her new role, which have influenced her views on the importance of sustainable housing, strategic planning and inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
