  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

North Dakota Housing Finance Agency Hosts BABA Training Webinar

The Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requires that all iron and steel, construction materials and manufactured products used in federally funded infrastructure projects are produced in the United States. BABA is now in effect for any projects awarded HOME or the Housing Trust Fund program funds from 2024 onward.
