NH Housing invites you to an information session regarding amendments to the current QAP that are being recommended for NH Housing Board of Directors approval. The purpose of this information session is to communicate the proposed changes and provide explanations about why they are being recommended. Below is a brief summary of the revisions. Please note more details will be shared at the information session.

1.   Due to recent shifts in Federal spending priorities and other market considerations, NH Housing is considering reducing or eliminating points for costly incentives and is also reviewing the construction standards for areas that may be temporarily paused in an effort to reduce overall development costs.

2.  The 2025-2026 QAP, as approved, included a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Mission statement. NH Housing is committed to serving every person with equal dignity and respect. To avoid confusion and ensure compliance with the relevant Executive Orders, NH Housing recommends removing this section from the QAP.

a.   The mission statement states, “NH Housing values diversity, equity, and inclusion and, through fostering a culture of curiosity, seeks to better understand and include the perspectives and experiences of those who make up our organization, those we collaborate with, and the communities we serve.”
