At its meeting on April 24, 2025, the New Hampshire Housing Board of Directors (Board) approved amendments to the 2025-2026 Qualified Allocation Plan, which are now pending Governor approval. NH Housing anticipates that, if approved by the Governor, the amended QAP will take effect on or around May 23, 2025. The final approved QAP will be posted on the NH Housing website upon approval.
The upcoming nine percent LIHTC application round, with preliminary applications due July 11, 2025, will be subject to the QAP in effect on that date.
