  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Professional staff provide for the day-to-day operations of the association and report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Important dates for the 2025 Multifamily Consolidated RFP/2026 HTC Round 1 are listed below and on the Multifamily Consolidated Request for Proposals/Housing Tax Credit Funding Rounds webpage.

Thursday, May 8 at noon Central Time: Deadline to submit Intent to Apply; required for all 2025 Multifamily Consolidated RFP/2026 HTC Round 1 applications;

Thursday, May 29 at noon Central Time: Deadline to submit pre-applications for the HUD Section 811 PRA Program and ICT selection criterion;

Thursday, July 10 at noon Central Time: Deadline to submit 2025 Multifamily Consolidated RFP/2026 HTC Round 1 applications; and

December: Minnesota Housing board members meeting to approve selection recommendations.
