Tennessee Housing Development Agency Multifamily Meeting: Discussion of Proposed 2026 Qualified Allocation Plan Changes 

The THDA Multifamily staff will meet on Thursday, May 8th, at 1:00 p.m. CT to discuss and offer commentary on proposed changes to the 2026 Qualified Allocation Plan. 

All comments regarding the QAP are welcome, but there will be a particular focus on proposed changes to location and overall scoring for the New Construction General Priority Category.
