Minnesota Housing is accepting applications for the Community Stabilization: Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing – Multifamily Rental Housing Program (NOAH Multifamily Program) Request for Proposals (RFP).
Minnesota Housing staff have made the following updates to the NOAH Multifamily Program RFP Application Checklist:
- Added Schedule A-E, which is required documentation, to Form 203B: Qualifications of Sponsor and/or Guarantor (item 16);
- Corrected/added the email address to be used for submitting the Development Team Qualifications Forms (items 16, 17, and 18 through Minnesota Housing’s Secure Upload Tool; more information on how to submit required items can be found on Minnesota Housing’s Partner Login webpage; and
- Added Form 210A: Qualifications of Management Company and the Management Company’s Current Portfolio as required documents (updated to be item 18).

Applications are due Thursday, July 24, 2025, by noon Central Time to be considered for funding. Applicants must submit all required Application Checklist items using Minnesota Housing’s Secure Upload Tool. Review the Secure Upload Tool Instructions for more information.
