Minnesota Housing is accepting applications for the Community Stabilization: Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing – Multifamily Rental Housing Program (NOAH Multifamily Program) Request for Proposals (RFP).
The original NOAH Multifamily Program RFP application stated on page 3 that the maximum amount of replacement reserves that can be capitalized with this NOAH Multifamily Program funding is $2,500 per unit per year. This is incorrect. The maximum amount of replacement reserves that can be capitalized is a total of $2,500 per unit. The NOAH Multifamily Program RFP application has been corrected and is now available on the NOAH Multifamily Program webpage.
Applications are due Thursday, July 24, 2025, by noon Central Time to be considered for funding. Applicants must submit all required Application Checklist items using Minnesota Housing’s Multifamily Secure Upload Tool. Review the Secure Upload Tool Instructions for more information.
