New Hampshire Housing has updated the Multifamily Housing Fee Schedule for the calendar year 2025. New Hampshire Housing is implementing a new fee policy related to owner-requested management agent changes, document review, consent, and modification requests. This policy is designed to reflect the true cost of the services provided and to establish a clear framework for assessing and collecting related fees. 

Effective immediately the following fee structure will apply: 

Management Agent Change or Document Review, Consent, and Modification Fee: $2,500 

  • This fee will be assessed for requests requiring New Hampshire Housing to review, consent to, or modify existing loan or governing documents. This includes, but is not limited to:  
  • Changes to ownership structures; 
  • Owner requested management agent changes;  
  • Modifications to loan or governing documents; and 
  • Requests for specific program or third-party approvals. 
  • Additional Costs:  
    • Any additional costs incurred, such as recording fees, attorney fees, and other third-party expenses, will be charged separately as applicable. 

The Fee Structure change excludes Section 8 PBCA properties that do not have LIHTC or NH Housing Financing.
