Ohio LIHTC and Bond Gap Financing AHFAs Available 

The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2026 four percent LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) is now available on OHFA’s Ohio LIHTC website. 

Additionally, the 2025 four percent LIHTC with Bond Gap Financing (BGF) AHFA is now available on OHFA’s BGF website. 

Updates have been made to the Ohio LIHTC AHFA since it was first posted. Changes are noted on the bottom of the first page. Please ensure you have downloaded the most recent AHFA.  

Applicants in the four percent LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC and four percent LIHTC with BGF rounds must use the most recently posted AHFAs. OHFA will not accept AHFAs from other program rounds, such as the nine percent LIHTC or four percent LIHTC Only open round.
