NSPIRE training on Oct. 7, 2025 at the Quality Inn in Bismarck, ND.
This full-day NSPIRE course will include a breakdown of the new severity ratings, pass/fail ratings and applicability across various HUD programs including HOME, Housing Trust Fund, LIHTC, and Section 8. Attendees will learn procedures for closing out findings on REAC’s online system, handling REAC appeals, understanding non-compliance consequences and navigating new oversight processes. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of NSPIRE standards and the codes underlying these requirements to ensure they are compliance ready.
